Service availability may vary based on your location, time of day, and operational capacity.
2. Grocery Delivery

Charges are shown at checkout before payment.
c. Order Dispatch & Tracking

d. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

3. Chef-at-Home Delivery & Arrival

Once booked, a chef is assigned and will arrive at your location as quickly as possible — typically within 2 hours.

Arrival time depends on chef availability, distance, traffic, and demand.
b. Preparation Requirements
You must ensure:

Safe access to your home

Required ingredients (if not purchased through Moms Kitchen AI)
c. Chef Safety
We may cancel or refuse service if:

The environment is unsafe

The customer behaves aggressively or inappropriately

There are security risks
You will be refunded as per our Cancellation Policy.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

We are not liable for losses or inconveniences caused by delays, but will always try to resolve the issue promptly.
