These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, AI services, chef-at-home services, and grocery delivery within 2 hours of booking (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility

2. Description of Services

Moms Kitchen AI provides:

Chef-at-home service — professional or verified home-chefs who cook at the customer’s location.
Grocery delivery service — delivery of ingredients and essentials within approximately 2 hours of booking, subject to availability.
AI-based food & nutrition insights — our AI analyzes user-provided medical reports or fitness data to suggest suitable ingredients, recipes, or dietary choices.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information at all times.
Not misuse or interfere with the Services.
Not submit medical or personal data of another person without permission.
Ensure your premises are safe and accessible for the chef.
Treat service personnel (chefs, delivery partners) respectfully.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Moms Kitchen AI is not a medical service.
AI-generated recommendations are informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical or dietary decisions.
We are not liable for any health issues arising from following AI suggestions, consuming ingredients, or using our chef services.

5. Bookings, Pricing & Payments

Prices for groceries, ingredients, or chef services are displayed in the app/website.
Pricing may vary based on availability, distance, time, or external factors.
Payments must be completed using approved payment methods within the platform.
Moms Kitchen AI may cancel or refuse an order due to unavailability, incorrect information, safety concerns, or other reasons.

6. Delivery & Service Time

We aim to deliver groceries and assign chefs within 2 hours, but this is not a guaranteed time frame.
External factors such as traffic, weather, high demand, or operational issues may cause delays.
We are not responsible for losses caused by delays.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type.
Grocery orders may not be canceled once dispatched.
Chef bookings may be canceled within the allowable cancellation window shown in the app.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for misuse or violations.

8. User Content

You may upload:

Medical or fitness reports
Dietary preferences
Messages, reviews, feedback

By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for:

Providing AI recommendations
Improving our Services
Ensuring safety and compliance
You represent that the uploaded content is lawful and does not violate any rights.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer or tamper with our AI or platform
Misrepresent medical data
Abuse or threaten service personnel
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or databases
Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, AI models, designs, and technology belong to Moms Kitchen AI.
