Refund Policy

At Moms Kitchen AI, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience across our Chef Service, Grocery Delivery, and AI-based recommendation services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
 

1. Chef-at-Home Service Refunds

Refunds for chef bookings depend on when you cancel:

​

a. Cancellation within 30 minutes of booking

  • 100% refund of the chef service amount.

  • ​

b. Cancellation after 30 minutes of booking

​

  • 50% of the chef service amount is charged as a cancellation fee.

  • The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
     

c. Chef fails to arrive

​

  • If no chef is assigned or the assigned chef does not arrive, you will receive a full refund.
     

d. Unsatisfactory service
 

  • Partial or full refunds may be provided after review, subject to investigation and proof (photos, videos, or chat evidence).
     

2. Grocery Delivery Refunds
 

Grocery orders may involve service charges similar to Blinkit (delivery fee + platform fee + surge fee where applicable). Refund rules:
 

a. Before dispatch

  • Full refund including grocery cost.

  • Service charges (delivery/platform fees) may not be refundable depending on system allocation.
     

b. After dispatch

  • Grocery orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of:

    • Wrong items delivered

    • Damaged / defective items

    • Missing items
       

c. Refund method
 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or wallet balance within 3–7 business days.
     

3. AI-Based Services Refunds
 

Our AI features may include subscription plans or usage-based fees similar to ChatGPT.
 

a. AI subscription fees

​

  • Non-refundable once a subscription cycle has begun.

  • You may cancel anytime, but the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
     

b. One-time AI usage credits
 

  • Non-refundable once consumed.

  • If there is a technical error or system failure, unused credits may be restored, but monetary refunds are not guaranteed.
     

4. Mode of Refund
 

Refunds may be processed via:

  • Original payment method

  • Moms Kitchen AI Wallet

  • Bank transfer (in special cases)
     

5. Timeframe
 

Refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days, depending on bank/payment partner timelines.
